Each blade is carefully sharpened to a razor edge, then meticulously hand-polished on all three faces to a mirror finish. This refined surface minimizes friction, allowing the blade to glide smoothly while maintaining an incredibly sharp cutting edge.
The mirror-polished finish also eliminates microscopic machining marks that can lead to edge chipping. This painstaking process provides the ideal balance of two often conflicting qualities—exceptional sharpness and outstanding durability.
